This SESSION FEE is paid for each spot you record. Sessions are 1.5 hours. A like amount is paid each 13-WEEK renewal Cycle while in USE.

NY 13 Week “WILD SPOT” -$520.44
A “WILD SPOT” is for UNLIMITED use in as many cities, on as many stations for any number of airings. When your “WILD SPOT” airs you are paid the USE RATE based on the number and size of those cities.
NOTE: Producers are given, in most cases, one credit for the previously paid SESSION FEE. That SESSION FEE amount is only deducted from the FIRST 13-WEEK USE RATE payment.

If internet commercial is a shorter mechanical edit, it counts as 1 spot. Any NEW footage, or commercial filmed separately, is considered a NEW commercial and will come with its own set of residuals.
There is only Traditional Digital and Streaming Platforms (inclusive of all other digital uses)
Options are 4 week, 13 week, and 52 week for each type of use. They combine Internet and New Media.
Internet and New Media are combined and it allows you to use it on those platforms for the fees paid. This is specific to TV commercials only. See above for Audio Only rates. You are allowed to credit the session fee toward the use as long as it is used with the first 13 weeks of the sessions.

Cat II is unlimited exhibition and even the internet and has a 3 year use limitation.
ADR WALLA*
SESSION FEE – $933.00
This SESSION FEE is paid for recognizable voicing of five lines or more in a Theatrical Film, MOW, TV Series or Pilot. Residuals are paid based on each airing either Network, Syndication, Cable or Foreign and Video or Multimedia release. These residuals are activated using the same formula as on-camera performers. The voice performer is placed on the CAST LIST.
FEATURE AND TELEVISION ANIMATION*
2020 TV Animation Agreement Wage Rates: EFFECTIVE 7/1/2022
SESSION FEE (SEGMENT 10 MINUTES OR LONGER) – $1120.00
SESSION FEE (SEGMENT 10 MINUTES OR LESS) – $1014.00
This SESSION FEE is paid for up to Three Voices in a single program or segments of programs.
If more than Three Voices, you shall be paid an additional $326 per voice. Residuals are based on Producers optioned payment schedules.
AUDIOBOOK*
SAG-AFTRA has approximately 90 audiobook contracts with minimums ranging from $200-275 PFH plus SAG-AFTRa health and AFTRA retirement contributions.
