1. Check whether you are already listed
Search The VORG by your business or company name before submitting.
Just TYPE your business into the SEARCH BAR on the FRONT PAGE.
2. Complete the listing form
Choose whether you are requesting a new listing or updating an existing one. Give us the most complete and current information you can.
Have These Details Ready
- Official business or service name
- Website and public contact information
- Primary city, state, or market
- Remote or global availability
- Short, clear description of your services
- Relevant specialties and service categories
- Current equipment or connection capabilities, when applicable
- Logo, photo, or other requested assets
- Corrections to any existing VORG information

3. Send accurate business details
Include your official name, website, location, services, contact information, specialties, remote capabilities, and other details that help people understand what you offer.
4. Team VORG reviews the submission
Our team reviews the information before adding or updating the listing. We may contact you if something needs clarification.
5. Keep it current
Return to the same form whenever your location, team, equipment, services, website, or contact information changes.
A Free Listing Is Really Free
There is no charge to submit a standard professional listing or request an update.
Advertising, enhanced visibility, and annual sponsorship opportunities are available separately for businesses that want to support The VORG and expand their presence, but you do not need to purchase advertising to request a free listing.

What if my business is already listed?
Use THIS FORM to submit corrections, updated links, new services, team changes, equipment updates, or a new location.
Can remote businesses be listed?
Yes. The VORG includes a Global/Remote location category alongside LA, New York, Chicago, and regional U.S. markets. However, without a physical address you will not show up on the MAP Search.
Do I need to advertise to receive a listing?
No. Standard listing submissions and updates are free. Advertising and Sponsorship are separate opportunities.
Does submitting guarantee publication?
Every submission is reviewed by Team VORG to confirm that it fits the Guide and that the information is appropriate and usable.
Is a free listing the same as VORG Verified?
No. Once your listing is live, feel free to reach out to one of us to schedule a quick phone call. Once we ask a few questions, you’ll be VORG Verified!
Can individual voice actors submit themselves?
The VORG does not publish individual voice actor profiles, talent pages, or personal promotional listings. Our directory is focused on businesses and professional services that support the voiceover and production industries.
However, if you are also operating a qualifying service, such as a recording studio, coaching or training business, demo-production company, technical-support service, casting company, or other industry resource, you are welcome to submit that business for consideration.
